Spiced Rhubarb Dutch Oven Recipe
Ingredients:
5 cups rhubarb in 1/2 inch cubes
2 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground allspice
2 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:
Preheat dutch oven to 375 degrees.
Dump in rhubarb and then all other ingredients.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to 275 degrees and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve on biscuits or ice cream. Or, just eat it like my son does - he loves rhubarb.

All recipes use a 12-inch dutch oven, unless specified.
If you have a 10-inch dutch oven, use about 2/3 to 3/4 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If you have an 8-inch dutch oven, use about 1/2 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If no temperature is listed, use 350 degrees.
