Dill Potato Wedges Dutch Oven Recipe
Ingredients:
8 small red potatoes
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Wash potatoes.
Put potatoes in pot or dutch oven and just cover with water.
Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Drain and cut into 1/8th wedges.
Melt butter in dutch oven or frying pan.
Saute garlic in butter about 2 minutes.
Add potatoes and seasonings.
Fry about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Enough for about 6 people.

All recipes use a 12-inch dutch oven, unless specified.
If you have a 10-inch dutch oven, use about 2/3 to 3/4 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If you have an 8-inch dutch oven, use about 1/2 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If no temperature is listed, use 350 degrees.
