Banana Coffee Cake Dutch Oven Recipe

Required:
dutch oven
mixing bowl
Ingredients:
1 box yellow butter cake mix
2 ripe bananas
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon melted butter
Instructions:
Prepare cake mix according to the box and pour into dutch oven.
Mash the 2 bananas and pour on top.
Melt the butter and add the cinnamon, flour, and brown sugar and mix together. Sprinkle cinnamon-flour mixture on the mashed bananas.
Cover and Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Insert a butter knife through the center and if it comes back clean it is ready.

Serves 6 to 8.

All recipes use a 12-inch dutch oven, unless specified.
If you have a 10-inch dutch oven, use about 2/3 to 3/4 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If you have an 8-inch dutch oven, use about 1/2 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If no temperature is listed, use 350 degrees.

This was a winner.  Next time, I would add maybe one more banana on top.  I followed the recipe to a T and it came out perfectly.
