Hot Chili Dutch Oven Recipe
Ingredients:
1lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1tsp. salt
2Tbs. chili powder
1/2Tbs. cumin
1/2Tbs. oregano
1 can tomatoes (20oz), chopped

Instructions:
Heat dutch oven to 375 degrees for Frying.
Brown meat, garlic, and onions.
Stir in peppers.
Add all ingredients.
Reduce heat to 250 degrees, cover, and Stew for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

All recipes use a 12-inch dutch oven, unless specified.
If you have a 10-inch dutch oven, use about 2/3 to 3/4 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If you have an 8-inch dutch oven, use about 1/2 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If no temperature is listed, use 350 degrees.
