| Ingredients: | 5 cups rhubarb in 1/2 inch cubes 2 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp ground allspice |
| Preheat dutch oven to 375 degrees. Dump in rhubarb and then all other ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to 275 degrees and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on biscuits or ice cream. Or, just eat it like my son does - he loves rhubarb. |
